I've been practicing Ashtanga Yoga since 2000, going to India to study it since 2014 and am now an Authorized teacher through that lineage. I also study Tantra, no not sex, but the rituals and techniques taught to me by my guru in order to live more fully in the world with the awareness of divinity in all beings, in all situations.
